Capturing the beauty of nature is my passion
Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus)
The summer of 2019 was the second time I was given the chance to take photographs of Peregrine Falcons.
The local photographers told me quite a tale. The resident male and female had mated and started a clutch, when a new female came in and drove away the resident female. Nobody knows if she was killed or just flew away.
The new female mated with the male and they had a clutch of two eggs. I arrived just in time to witness the fledglings testing out their flying capabilities as well as getting the chance to photograph them as one of the parents dropped of fresh prey.
